Monthly plans are auto-renewed. Unless you cancel, the fan club fee and purchase fee are automatically deducted from your wallet balance on the monthly anniversary of enrollment. You can cancel at any time from the account settings page on our website. After cancellation, content remains accessible until the end of the current billing period. For full terms (bundle plans, auto-charge, new user bonus, etc.), please refer to our Terms of Service.

Due to the nature of digital content, cancellations and cooling-off after the conclusion of the contract are not permitted, and fees paid will not be refunded for any reason.

When transferring funds collected on behalf of an organizer to their designated payout destination (a domestic bank account or an overseas account via Wise), a transfer fee of ¥330 (tax included) shall be paid to us. In the event that an incorrect transfer is made due to errors or omissions in the designated bank account information, a recall fee of ¥880 (tax included) shall be paid to us for any recall procedures we may voluntarily undertake.
